Comment: Weather was very cold and tech gave great advise for drying carpets faster. Was not sure one carpet was even cleanable and it looks amazing. Very happy with service and will definitley contact ya’ll for future cleanings.

Comment: I didn't have carpets cleaned it was furniture upholstery and a chair and it took some time for the furniture to dry, but I was expecting that. I did put down a protector on the chair for pets.

Comment: Bobby did a great job last time so we asked for him again. He is very polite, always on time and explains what is going to be done.
Carpets look good, only concern was a stain that remained in the one room and I did not realize it until after he left. It was a pet stain that I was not sure when it occurred so I guess it wouldn't come out.
