Comment: Harold always does a great job; explains what he will do; how I can treat similar spots in future, and reminds me multiple times to "Please be careful, it is damp and tile by carpet will be slick." While never fun to have to clean carpets, Harold always makes it a pleasant experience. I will not hesitate to have him back out next time I need a cleaning.

Comment: I spoke with two phone representatives. And they quoted me different prices so I do not believe that I got the best price. It seemed high compared to other times when I had Dalworth clean our carpets. Dalworth ran specials and I asked about those and they were still high. The service technician did a quality job on our carpets. And we are very pleased with the work. I would highly recommend Dalworth to family and friends. The service technician was very professional and very courteous. Thank you.

Comment: During carpet cleaning decided to have kitchen tile and grout cleaned too. Tile is great but grout dried spotty with some areas a significantly different color/shade. Cleaner said this could happen but still somewhat disappointing. I will have to try to get it clean or at least the same color.

Comment: Raul and KT did a good job. However, I don't know if the entire pieces of furniture were cleaned, or just the fronts. I did appreciate them being on time and not getting upset when I identified areas that hadn't gotten cleaned. I don't think a person should pay and additional price for special chemicals to clean furniture. Truly, how much more costly are the special chemicals than the regular chemicals. I'm not sure if I got a $565, after tax, value for this service. However, I am thankful for clean carpets. Going forward, I will not have my furniture cleaned, but just the carpets.
Note: Raul and KT did a very nice job, so this has nothing to do with them.

Comment: All your staff from start to finish of process were very nice. The 2 technicians came into the Garcia home treated the place as if it were their own home. They were cheerful and explained everything. I never thought it would be such a long process to clean the ducts.
The Garcia''s are 2 retired vets, he is 89 (army) and she is 76 (air force). I have never seen her open up to and talk to 2 strangers like she did your techs. They were very happy. Must be the season. Thank you
