Monty worked extra hard to help with our pet stains. Monty was very thorough about pricing and the detail of what he needed to do to help get our rugs and carpet to where we expected. He also was honest that our rug really needed to go to the rug warehouse for a more in-depth cleaning. I would ask for Monty again. Honest and quality service.

Comment: We had worked with you in the past - and it seems like the order could have been pulled up. I didn't remember that we'd have an extra charge for the wool carpet. Had the past invoice been pulled, I would have expected it. I would have paid it regardless - just would have been nice to have had that. But overall, the experience was very good!
