I rent a house in Trophy Club and had Dalworth clean the whole house. I wasn't home at the time of cleaning but wife said they did a fantastic job and asked me to write good review for them.

That says a lot when the wife pushes you to write a review.

Comment: Aaron was nice and did a good job. Our only regret/disappointment was with our guest room mattress, which is one that can be flipped and which we do flip from time-to-time. We asked Aaron when he first arrived and was reviewing our order, if both sides of the mattress would be cleaned and he said "yes," however, when he completed the job, he said he only cleaned one-side. He said he didn't even know that mattresses could be flipped and he never has cleaned both sides in previous jobs. Aaron suggested that we call Dalworth back and order for the second side to be cleaned. This doesn't make a bit of sense to us.

Comment: When the service tech asked how many stairs I had, I told him 16 and then he proceeded to count them himself, which I thought was rude. He also wore his shoes in my house without shoe covers, even after cleaning the carpets, therefore tracking whatever is on his shoes on my clean carpets. He was nice and informative, but those 2 things bugged me.

Comment: Orlando was very good! He is an excellent team member. When he came in he had his booties on and was very careful with all of my furniture and moved it all back.He was extremely professional. He made it look great!

Comment: I answered the drying time however I had a sofa cleaned and the actual drying time was about 2 hours. The technician was very professional.

Comment: Kris did a wonderful job. He was professional and right on time. The carpets looked perfect. They took a little longer to dry since it was humid and rainy out.
