Amazing work! Repairs and carpet cleaning were equally mind blowing. The team that serviced my home was unbeatable! One of them has been with the company for 41 YEARS! Comment: I do not feel you do a good enough job on simple spots and traffic areas. I fee they need to be redone. My carpet was not heavily soiled. I got the economy job but I thought I would get the same service—I just figured that meant i did my own pre-vacuuming and furniture moving. I will be calling to discuss.

Comment: Sam is a treasure for you. Do whatever it takes to keep him. He was able to take out stains that some of your competitors would not take the job because they said the stains would not come out. This is the second time we have had him and will request him next year.

Comment: I've used Dalworth for many years. Monday I had Kermit which had done carpet cleaning before ... both guys were very nice and knowledgeable of the work they did.

on a side note....Monday it was raining and very humid when my carpets were done. this had lots to do with the time I selected. Today I put all furniture back and all looks really good. Carpets fully dry and clean!!! smells great too.

It has been a few years since I had my carpets cleaned and didn't realize just how dirty they were until Monty was finished cleaning them. Wow, what a difference! Monty did a fantastic job on my carpets and will ask for him next time!

Comment: the Master bedroom closet did not seem even damp when i was walking through the house after the cleaning. I assume it was cleaned but could not really tell. Because there were no previous spots or dirt I would not have been able to tell by just looking. Not a problem, just surprised.
