Comment: I live in a small one bedroom apartment so I thought that the price was too high for only having to do my living area and around my bed in my bedroom. I also think that it would be beneficial for you guys to add some sort of good smell onto the carpet after cleaning it. I kind of was expecting that but it didn't happen.

Everyone that I dealt with was REALLY nice though!

Comment: This is the first time I've had the vents cleaned. The two technicians were very nice and helpful even pointed out a problem that I have with the dryer vent. I will know more in a few weeks as to the service performed, problem I wanted to fix, and the price I paid to fixed my problem. I have talked to friends and family about the duct cleaning and they seem to be interested in the results I get. It is a trust issue because cleaning from the ac unit I can't say the technicians did or didn't clean all 13 vents. That was the only thing I stressed with my friends and family is the price you pay on a trust issue.

Comment: Had to call and have technician come back for a couple stains that still remained.
In the past the technicians have used a large fan to dry areas, this one did not have or use one. He did a good job drying though, so it dried in the normal time.

Comment: Tech was early, knowledgeable and friendly.

Showed up on time, very professional, and did a great job. I was very happy with the results, but it seemed expensive. I typically rent a Rug Doctor and do it myself, so maybe I just don't have a clue what a reasonable price is. It seemed expensive, or I'd definitely hire them again.
Description of Work: Carpets cleaned in three areas and stairs. They used a special enzyme to treat pet stains.

Comment: Carlos was very professional, and very honest about cleaning a carpet that is 27 years old. I was very happy with the results when he finished for the age and wear of the carpet. I would definitely use Dalworth's services again and would recommend them to anyone I know. My carpet smells and looks so much cleaner now, and I think somehow, the process has helped curb my sneezing episodes.......
