Comment: Jose was amazing! He worked soooo diligently for many hours straight. Could not be-LIEVE his dedication to his work. Amazing does not even sound good enough to accurately describe! Our Travertine floors look like they are BRAND NEW! Thank you, again, SO MUCH Jose! I cannot express it enough to you! Comment: The Custom Drapery that I had clean complete for the money I had paid for them. Because the representative said he was not able to clean the valance in between to the drapery because the suction he used was to strong for my valance. So I was not happy about that, but other than that everything else was ok.

Comment: The techs actually called and asked if they could come early due to being finished with previous appointment and thought that was great. They advised me of all the things that we had talked about and were extremely polite and knowledgeable. Appreciated how professional they were and will definitely refer Dalworth to family, friends, and coworkers.

We had our concrete cleaned due to dogs and then tile laid and it has made a huge difference in our home. Thank you for the wonderful service and will call again.

Comment: Awesome! Awesome! Kermit did an unbelievable job on my carpets.My house passed the inspection and I am extremely happy. I have seen your commercials on television, but now I am a believer. My carpets were done the professional way just like you show on T.V. He got all the urine out of my carpets. I will also write another review.

Comment: Your phone representative who took my order (I wanted to request Mike Utzman as the service tech so while I began my order on-line, I finished by phone) was absolutely terrific. I wish I could remember her name. She was so pleasant and efficient and made it so easy for me to complete the service request. Mike Utzman and Vincent were top-notch technicians and my carpets look great. Mike always offers a suggestion as to how I can keep my carpets looking bright and beautiful between Dalworth cleanings.
