Comment: The reason the technician was not on time is because he was the 2nd one sent. The first one couldn't get his van through our carport.

Comment: The technician who arrived to steam out all the the vents was early and did a fantastic job. The technicians who cleaned my tile arrived an hour after the window I was given. But once they arrived, the did great work. The amount of grime they cleaned out of the grout blew my mind. It looks like a different floor. I'm thrilled with the results!

Comment: Monty was a great guy to visit with as he was explaining how to help our couches dry fast and well and was able to finish the task in a shorter amount of time than we estimated. Our couches look great and whenever we or someone we know needs a cleaning, we will recommend DalWorth!

Comment: Had 2 spots treated for pet pee/smell. One spot is great, no more smell. The other spot still stinks. Calling today since they gave us a guarantee.

Comment: Did you stop raking the carpets? I loved the way they look afterwards. Technician was in able to get out the 'once &Done' spot I had but gave me advice on how to do it. I did his recommendation and got all duds out in 3 runs with my bissell. Thank you for the advice but I feel if you would have gone over it 2 more times it would have been done (or not). Still waiting for it to dry and will know if it worked. Again - thanks for the advice.

Was very pleased with the carpet cleaning and marble cleaning & polishing done! Two knowledgeable & professional technicians (Pat & Jose)worked diligently to ensure my satisfaction. Will definitely call on this company again when I need 1st class shine!!

Comment: The two young men who cleaned my dining room were exceptional individuals. They were prompt, polite, able to explain the services being provided and trustworthy. I would request both of these young men again. My carpet was heavily soiled with cat urine...and it had been down on the carpet awhile. They worked extremely hard to remove the odor and did a wonderful job. The only thing that happened is not their fault. Due to the amount of urine, etc., the carpet stain was darker upon drying. This is the only reason I clicked “fair” for the price...as I still have a big carpet issue...but not your fault. Again, the two service technicians are to be commended.

Comment: THE GIRL ON THE PHONE DIDN'T EXPLAIN TO ME THAT WHEN THEY MOVED FURNITURE, I WOULD NEED TO MOVE THE STUFF ON TOP. I WASN'T TOOO HAPPY WITH CLEANING BUT I CALLED AND TECH CAME BACK TO RECLEAN. I AM VERY HAPPY NOW.

Comment: The carpet looks great, he did a nice job. I did discover that a large framed picture which hangs on the wall in one of the hallways was placed on the bed in the middle bedroom. Apparently it was knocked off the wall, fell and the framework broke. I understand that accidents happen, but was a bit surprised when I discovered it later, and that the rep had not mentioned what had happened. (5)
