Comment: Your Dalworth Technician (Subcontractor) was Exstreamly Courteous, Friendly and Knowledgeable. The Technician explained very well my old carpets stain situations and the obvious fact several of the deep stains may be only slightly resolved but I do know he tried his best. Let me rest assure you your Technician was very Professional at his job.
As a matter of Fact after your Dalworth Representative completed his job and left, I was Compelled to call Dalworth and exspress my Satisfaction with his Demeanor,Professionalism, Knowledge of his job and Service. Thank You

Comment: Our Technician was timely, courteous, and knowledgeable. He asked several investigative questions and thororoughly inspected the rooms prior to pre-treatment. All of our options were presented before the service, and although we opted out of the pet treatment due to not being prepared for the cost, the information was much appreciated and allows us to prepare for our next cleaning.
The Technician was very careful with his equipment and hoses, and was very efficient moving from room to room. The couple stains we have left are not for lack of effort on his part.
Our carpet is 8 years old and we have family coming in for my son's high school graduation, my Wife was embarrassed of how the carpet looked... she is now estatic and not embarrassed at all to have visitors.

Comment: The technician arrived shortly after the window time given. I wish that I would have received a phone call letting me know he was on his way. Also, I wish that your trucks were identifiable with the logo and not just a white van.
