Comment: I have used Daleorth for years and have always been extremely satisfied. This time I was not satisfied. My carpets are only 2 years old and this was the first time I had them cleaned. To me, they did not look like they had been cleaned. Was very disappointed.

Comment: We only had one room cleaned, so the 99 dollars minumum seems a bit high. The man who cleaned the carpet was a nice young man.

Comment: The cleaning of the tile: A white residue was left on grout, intermittently. The tile was not buffed, so it really didn't look as clean as I thought it would. The tile did not have a shine to it to start with, but it just seemed to be more dull than before it was cleaned. I don't know if this normal or not, as this tile has just be installed the last two years.

The tech was timely.

Comment: Jose had stretched the carpet in two rooms a few months before this job. We specifically asked for him to do this job because of his work during the previous stretching.

Any work we need done in the future will also have us requesting Jose. He is very professional and capable.
