Comment: Aaron and Frank were wonderful. Did a great job and were very friendly. SO much better than the tile and grout guy you sent to our house. These guys were very hard workers and did a over the top job. I would recommend them to anyone. They got stains out of the carpet that we did not think could come out. They got dog hair out of every groove and really made our carpets look great. Keep these two around. Wonderful representatives for your company. Sure appreciated that after the crappy tile and grout service we got.

Comment: I would use these guys again in a heartbeat even though a little high for our budget. The guy that did the paper work was very knowledgeable and gave us all details about everything that the company does. We were so impressed we added our kitchen tile to the work they were already doing. It took awhile for the floor to dry due to the 79% humidity yesterday but over all we are very pleased. Thank you DalWorth!

Comment: Roger was really kind and pleasant even when I was late getting home. He gave me helpful tips and suggestions to help care for my new furniture and floors that I would not have thought of. Comment: The only thing I was a little disappointed about is that they didn't clean the baseboards. This was my fault for not mentioning this as I didn't think about it until after the technician left. But the salesman told me that was part of the service and they were not cleaned.

Comment: Steven Turner did an excellent job on our carpet! Would definitely want to use him again! My comment of fair bargain does not relate to job he did but Dalworth pricing structure. Dalworth is a little pricey! But very good experience with Steven and phone reps.

Comment: Technician did best he could. Worst two stain areas were still showing stain after drying. Husband suggested using Oxy Clean before having to replace carpet. It removed the rest of the problem.

Comment: I am really pleased with the service.The carpet have not look that clean in years! I was really concern that the carpet was too old to clean but the representative Cosandra assured me that Dalworth could do it and she gave me excellent customer service. The technician was skeptical about the carpet being clean he didn't think it would get clean. The technician did an awesome job.

Comment: My tech for this service was Bobby. He was excellent. My happiness with the services was of the utmost importance to him. He went over spots before I had to ask and paid special attention not to damage my walls and moldings after I explained a bad experience with a different company. He was warm, personable, professional and prompt. I will be calling Dalworth next Spring for repeat services and will request Bobby to perform them. Thank you for providing excellent services in a sea of mediocrity. I would like to note that I am a detail-oriented perfectionist so I appreciate it when others are as well.
