Comment: There was a scheduling problem that was due to my carelessness. The person I contacted was able to reschedule us within 2 days. Worked out great for us and so glad to have clean carpets for Christmas. I'm also glad the technician did not try to sell or promote things for additional charges.

Comment: I've had Dalworth Clean coming to my house for years. I have dogs and kids... the carpets get a beating with dirt and pet stains. Carlos spent extra time cleaning my carpets and they have NEVER looked this good. Usually, the stains start coming back after 24 hours.. It's been nearly a week and the carpets still look great. I am so impressed with Carlos. He was on time and very courteous. I will request him from now on. He is very hard working. Thank you!

Comment: Two things: 1. I got a call and you were able to come early which was great.
2. The tech did not wipe down the baseboards or sop up the excess water this time but the last time you came he did. I went around and did it myself. I would recommend you keep this process as the baseboards get all wet and dirty.
