Comment: We have our carpets cleaned annually. The technicians almost always say they will dry in 4-5 hours. It�s never that short. Usually about 12.particularly on the ground floor.

Comment: My service technician, Pat Linialone was incredible. All of my carpets look new and he saved my wood floors. He was able to remove the wax build up from 25 years and revitalize the finish. I can't thank him and your company enough!!! We are definitely ready for the holidays

Comment: Vinny did a good job on the carpet ans it looks good. The cleaning ofcthe title posed a challange because the first cleaning did not really get the grout clean. After Vinnt and I discussed it he was willing to do what ever it took to make me happy. He suggested cleaning it again and it worked. I am happy with his service. Dr. Maceo
