Comment: Had a few spots that I really think should have come out. There was a small spot of dry playdoh that I went back and just picked it out of the carpet. It was wet and soft and I was able to just pick it up. He was a very nice guy but I don't know if he just didn't see the spots or just didn't put enough time Into getting them out. Zerorez was able to get dried wall paint out of our carpet so I felt like the few spots that I had should have come out.

Comment: Definitely worth the time saved and money spent. We used to clean our carpets ourselves by renting equipment, but this was a much better option for us. We'll be doing this again!

Comment: After carpet dried several spots reappeared. I called and left a message on your message center. Also, I believe the technician turned on my Jacuzzi tub switch instead of the fan and it ran for about six hours before I went into the room. He and I were the only ones in the house. He was very nice, but not satisfied with quality of service.

Comment: My brand new ceiling tile had fingerprints on it where they got into the ceiling. I wasn't very happy about that but it's not the end of the world.

Comment: Both service techs were EXCELLENT in every way. They were very polite and professional, informative and did an excellent job. I appreciate their cleanup efforts after they were done cleaning the ducts.

The only complaint I have is that your service techs showed up in a plain unmarked white van. For a company with the size and reputation of Dalworth, you could at least have a decal on the side of your van. I was very apprehensive when this unmarked van pulled up in my driveway.

Comment: When I ordered, the website indicated there would be drying fans included in the service. There was, and only one. Which was moved between my two kid's rooms, and after an hour, and it being 5:30, I told the dude not to worry about the other rooms. Since we had a second tech at the house, from a distance, due to the original tech's machinery not turning on earlier in the day, I didn't want him to have to stay out this way any longer, as I knew he probably didn't live around here. Here's the thing: if your website states fans for drying, I assumed fans in plural, and that they would stay here until the carpets were in fact dry. The tech said normally there are 2 fans, but still don't stay the whole entire time. So, that was a bit disappointing. Luckily, the carpets were dry when our feet hit them in the morning. :)
