Comment: I had a couch cleaned, and a tile floor. No carpets to dry. The phone representative did make things clear. Chris was the technician. He handled things very well, and I was satisfied before he left. Yes, he was on time.

Comment: The technician that came the first time did an excellent job -he made the estimate and would return to remove three stains in the granite. A different technician came by awesome guy! He told me where are going to be :taken care of"-thus I expect the first technician to please return.

Comment: The young men who came to the house were wonderful representatives for your company. They were knowledgeable about the work and did nothing without checking. Brandon and Chris started the job and later were joined by Nick and Dominic (please note, I am relying on my memory for those names while I am typing this) everyone found me and introduced themselves before they joined in the work. They did all that was requested, discussed options and were efficient for the big job. I will definitely use your company for other work based on the service of these four gentlemen. They are all good PR for Dalworth.
