Comment: Dom and Robert(?) our technicians were fabulous. They were so polite and funny. They kept us informed every step of the way as to what they were doing next. Their uniforms were a bit dirty from an earlier job they had worked, but they went right to work and wasted no time crawling into my attic and getting to work. I am very pleased with my service technicians, and Dalworth for the service we recieved.

Comment: The new online ordering system is confusing. I don't know how many square feet in each room. Since I am a regular customer, why don't you just ask me if I want the same thing as last time?

Comment: Our carpets are almost 10 years old and should really be replaced. Because of medical bills, that just isn't in the budget at this time. Bobby and Justin did their best to bring our carpets back to life so we could enjoy our home longer as it is. Nice guys.

He's got a great personality, works hard, tells me what I need to know and doesn't sell me services that I don't need. Comment: Carpets were cleaned yesterday. Completed approximately 5:00P. The hallway is almost dry, however bedroom still wet. I chose 12-16 hours in the survey but could possibly be 24 hours. I was satisfied with the service and technician was polite.
