Comment: I was very satisfied.

I request the service time that we get each time, and I feel that he is the owner of his own truck, I am not sure if
they are agents, or if they are actual owners of the truck, although it says Dalworth on it. The technician I use is
Jared. He is always very helpful. He is one of those guys that will go the extra mile for you. I had a stain that the
dog had chewed an ink pen and I had ink on my carpet. I thought I would have to replace the carpet, and he worked on it.
It is not completely gone, but it is 98% better. I can live with that. Their price is pretty competitive.
Description of Work: I used Dalworth. We did carpet cleaning, and we had some pet issues. He did 2 bedrooms, stairs, and
2 living areas.

Comment: My service professional was great. When he left, the carpets looked much better - almost perfect. However, this morning there were multiple spots in two of the rooms and no one had been in the rooms which is strange. That was disappointing.

Comment: This is the FIRST TIME our carpets have really been cleaned properly! We had several serious spots, but they got rid of them, and made the carpet like new! I'm surprised, and amazed!

Went great. Showed up on time and professional. Did a great job cleaning carpets. They deodorized which got the carpets smelling better after my dog opens up the doors and p***** in my children's room. The only complaint I have is after the second day the smell came back. They were supposed to guarantee it according to the person that sold it to me, but on the invoice they wrote no guarantee.
