Comment: One of the discounts that you had going did not come up on the website so I had to call in but the service person I talked to was fantastic and very nice she took care of me with no problems.

Comment: The rep lead me to believe that the service techs would remove the furniture from the room. All except electronics and things that contained breakable should n't be moved. Only one person came. He was very competent ,but he did just move things over,cleaned,then moved the furniture back. I told the tech what I was anticipating. The phone rep needs to be informed of how the cleaning takes place.inorder not to give false info to customers.
