Comment: I thought the price was a little steep, especially with the buy three rooms, get one free. I was very impressed with Sam - he was VERY thorough and went the extra mile - we have never had anyone from Dalworth perform to his ability - he put plastic under each and every furniture leg, towels on the areas where it could be slick. He went above and beyond to use fans as well. We did request the service where the carpets were to dry faster than the other service and still some of the areas were still damp the next morning.

Comment: Our carpet is older and we had some brown spots come up after the treatment. Technicians came out twice and provided excellent customer service, as well as re-treated the carpet to correct the problem.

Comment: Robert and Dominic were very professional, explained everything they were doing and showed me videos of what the ducts loked like. They seemed to be very competent in what they were doing and very efficient . They had a friendly manner and seemed to enjoy their work.

Comment: We are a regular customer and I find it odd that we have to ask for the online or customer discounts. There should be records that cross reference customer and automatically apply specials. Order online does not work as efficiently as customer service.

Comment: The technicians were excellent! My tile is now lighter in color. I did not know the exact color of the tile because I just moved in. I was pleasantly surprised! It cost a little more than I thought it would as my house is small, but I am happy with the results.

Comment: The techs were very concerned about the floors, always keeping the covers on their shoes. Very effecient. Worked together well and left the house spotless. I would recommend Robert and Dom to anyone!

Comment: Thank you Tony for taking the time to get some tough stains out. I think those areas took a little bit longer to dry but well worth it. I did not leave my fans running so I think that may have slowed drying time as well. Our carpets look great. Also, I apprecaite Tony letting me know that there are stains that i have always thought were permanent that he can get out. I am thining we will hopefully have those treated next time around. Comment: Kermit and his assistant did a great job. i just had knee surgery and i'm getting around on crutches so they made sure not to move furniture to obstruct my movement. very heads up and forward thinking crew. they asked politely to hook up to a water supply and notified me that one was busted due to last years freeze. they used my hose and neatly coiled and stowed it back just as they found it. very courteous and professional. this is why dalworth will continue to get my repeat business, your people earn it.

Comment: The phone rep was very personable and made the experience a pleasant one. This was my first time using a carpet cleaning service and I would use your services again. The service technician was extremely polite and knowledgeable; it was a pleasure dealing with him. Even though the tech was running late, your office did call and inform me of the delay which was extremely professional and which I appreciated. Thanks to everyone at Dalworth!
