Comment: We had two days of rain prior to the carpet cleaning. It was VERY humid the day he cleaned. It took longer to dry than usual. I have always used Dalworth. I was not happy with the previous technician/cleaning. Apparently, no one read my email AND survey because I never heard from anyone. However, this time Chris L. made up for the last tech's shortcomings. I'm glad I didn't make a change to another vendor.

Kirsten was wonderful on the phone and James the manager went out of his way to make our experience great. Comment: It was in a 5th wheel so i wasnt able to know when they dried. The tech was very professional, he spoke professional, he went above and beyond for the job. I would love for him to come to my house thats how outstanding he was. He is a wonderful asset to your company

Comment: Did not like the idea of paying for a room that was not done. Meaning, I only had two rooms cleaned but had to pay for three rooms.

Comment: One small criticism. I had asked that I be called on my cell when the tech was on his way. He arrived at my door with no phone call. I was fine as I happened to be home. On the flip side, I had erroneously made the appointment a week later than I had needed it. I called the office and the rep was able to fit me in that same day. Very much appreciated. After working with Stanley Steamer and Kiwi I will likely never use anyone but DalWorth. Great experience.
