Comment: The tech did a great job. He was friendly, professional, and efficient. We only needed one room cleaned,and we wish Dalworth offered a more economical price for a 1-room job. Many homes now have wood floors, as we do, with the exception of maybe a bedroom. We had no other option than to pay the price of cleaning 3 rooms.
We've been relaying on Dalworth for many years and appreciate the excellent job they do. I think if Dalworth ever offered a "1-room cleaning" at a more economical price, this would be a very popular choice and a win-win for Dalworth and consumers. :)

Comment: 1/8: My problem has never been the quality of the service, the fact that techs are amazing at getting the spots out of the carpet and superior result that I get. My problem is pricing. 3 rooms for $99 is a reasonable price. However, CSR insisted on charging $20 more because our den is "oversized". It is not oversized AND 30 - 40% of the floor space is covered by large furniture pieces. I think I should have gotten the $99 price, because the dining room is also 25% covered by furniture and the bedroom is 30% covered by furniture. somewhere along the line I should have been able to take advantage of the $99 deal and not have to pay the upcharge. I think that was grossly unfair. My advice to my friends would be to be very carefully of these unwarranted upcharges.

Comment: Technician was late due to prior client adding to her order but the office called to let me know. That was very appreciated! Also when I called to get an appointment the young lady I spoke to was very helpful to get me in on that Monday. We had been doing construction in the kitchen I had not been able to use my kitchen for over two weeks I was getting anxious! Again very helpful!

Comment: I was disappointed with the add-on services. When I was asked about adding things like deodorizer and sealant, etc, I didn’t realize that the add-one would only last a day. I would not have paid the extra money and I feel cheated.

Comment: I thought the $108 price to clean an area rug was high, but this is the first time I have had an area rug professionally cleaned. When you compare it to getting 3 rooms cleaned for $99 or $108, it seems high. However, I am pleased with the in home service the technician provided and the rug looks clean and fresh.

Comment: Jay and his partner were great.

I had them come out today for duct cleaning in Bedford. I suspect this team was a subcontractor as the arrived in an unmarked van.

The service was great! The technicians were professional, courteous and meticulous about not damaging or getting dust on anything by laying out plenty of plastic drop clothes. Before leaning a ladder up against the wall they were careful to take the time to go out to the van and get a towel to wrap the ends to not smudge the wall. Based on the dust clouds I was seeing generated in the return vents as they worked it was obvious the cleaning was effective.

They explained everything they were doing and left me with no questions. I was glad to finally have our systems cleaned.
