Comment: Mr. Coleman was the Dalworth technician who serviced our carpeting. He did a really great job of cleaning and stain removal of all our carpeting. Mr.Coleman was very professional, friendly, efficient, and a pleasure to have in our home. However, I missed his picture that used to be on the side of his van. I always thought that was a nice personal touch. Gene Taber

Comment: First let me say your technician did an outstanding job! Yet, your technician wreaked of cigarette smoke. Being sensitive to the smell it was hard to talk with and be around him. To make matters worse he took about 3-4 cigarette breaks while doing the job.

Comment: A friend let the service technician into the house so I don't have that information - I answered 3-5 good. The carpet was quite damp. I may ask that they plug in fans next time, but overall I was pleased.
