Comment: Your customer service team was awesome. I spoke to 3 different agents over the last month. I was consistently pleased with the abundance of time they gave to me.They describeD the options and even rescheduled to better suit my time frame.
Louis and Terrence were very friendly. They did a great job, They offered additional pet treatment but did not pressure me into buying. I would request them both for my next service. I have several pets. While there were no stains in my carpet, I believe I will upgrade to general deodorizing on my next cleaning. Thank you for a very good experience. Comment: There were some stains that did not come out. The service technician said that there was nothing he could do about them because of the type of stain and the length of time that they had been there. I am a little disappointed that the stains could not be removed, but I trust that the service technician knew what he was talking about. Otherwise, he did a great job and completed the job in far less time than I expected.

Comment: Our technician was extremely polite and competent. He explained the process to us and answered our questions knowledgeably. He was thorough and finished all the jobs in a timely manner. We thought the price was fair because the service was excellent and the carpet and upholstery look very clean.

Comment: Our carpets were really dirty and they cleaned up better than I thought they would. Craig did a nice job. He also sort of convinced me to do my couches now instead of waiting until closer to the Holidays, he said y'all get really busy during the Holidays. The sofa and love seat look new!

I think some of the carpets took longer to dry than others because they are thicker, it was really humid and there wasn't much air circulation in those rooms,

Comment: There is a spot left at the bottom of the stairs that was not there before. The carpets had to dry and then it was noticeable.
