Comment: Technician chipped a small piece of porcelain from my bathroom floor when butting the carpet he was stretching up against the bathroom floor. Not a big deal but deserves a mention.

Comment: I had the pleasure of having Adam Barnes come to my home to address pet stain issues. He was very efficient and did everything possible to remove the stain on my carpet. Suggested ideas in treating future problems I may encounter. He was so kind and courteous. He didn't have to but he made my day. He was wonderful!

Comment: The guys did a fantastic job! Raul paid special attention to pet spots, they guys asked questions that helped get the best clean possible!
The team was very gental with our furniture. And even asked if we'd like to see what was in our carpets after they finished, I will recommend Raul & his team to friends & family. The next best thing to new... Is Dalworth clean!!!

Comment: #7 Carpets dried in reasonable time. Hard to tell when they dried as the weather was just before storms and we wanted to allow extra time to dry. The technician, Richard , was excellent.
