Comment: Dawn was excellent. I needed service quickly and she went above and beyond the call of duty to get your technician out to me. He was super helpful showing me the best way to treat a visiting pet's issues and did a fantastic job getting the carpet clean. In other words, you guys rock!!!

This was an "Angie Special"... $200 worth of service for $100. I have had these carpets shampooed many times before using Stanley Steemer and their coupons and was eager to try Dalworth because I have heard wonderful things about Dalworth. With the "Angie Special", the Dalworth Premium price was a skiff higher than the Stanley Steemer price, Dalworth did a fine job. They arrived on time, spot-cleaned, shampooed, deodorized and raked the carpets and even put some fans on them for about 30-minutes to help the carpets dry. First time for fans to dry these carpets... I suppose the carpets enjoyed it, but in terms of total drying time, 30-minutes of fans did not make much of a difference. In terms of comparisons, I could not perceive a material difference between the two companies, even with Dalworth Premium service. I would be equally happy with either company in the future. Description of Work: Shampooed a couple old and filthy carpets in my vacant Rent House after the tenants left.

Comment: Had four upholstered pieces cleaned. The love seat was quite soiled, some old staining, and David labored diligently to improve its appearance -- looks much better.

Comment: Costal the tech is a very hard worker and does all that's required to make sure job is to our satisfaction. Very polite and knowledgable with stains and carpets. Hang on to this guy, he seems like he cares about his job unlike most carpet guys. Thank You.l

Comment: The service technicians did an excellent job cleaning the spots on the carpet, and the traffic areas in the bedrooms, dining room and hallway, however, they overlooked that I paid to have all the furniture moved in the living room, they did move 2 chairs when I mentioned the soiled areas under them, but that was all they moved. I did not realize they did not move furniture until they were gone. I was pleased with the technicians as a whole, very nice young men. Carpet protection was provided.

Comment: Chris was a real delight to work with. He obviously knew his stuff and took the time to explain things to me and answer all of my questions. He cleaned a large tile floor with lots of pet odor and stains yet he helped ease my guitly feelings about such a mess. He said "Would it help if I told you that I've seen a lot worse?" I really appreciated that. And the floor looks great! He was not on time (maybe 15 minutets late) but it was because of traffic and construction. I appreciated that he told me that. I would certainly recommend Chris.
