The technician was pleasant and patient ( as I had to call the real estate agent to get the water turned on--this is the reason I had to reschedule your service from last month--there was no water) He explained to me all that he did and what could not be done. Description of Work: Cleaned sofa and two chairs

I had a wool area rug that had been taken by another company for cleaning, kept over 9 weeks, and returned damp, stained from mildew and smelling horribly. I called Dalworth and explained the entire situation. They said they would send 2 people over to get the rug, and that these 2 people would be able to give me an idea of if it could be salvaged. They guys showed up exactly at the scheduled time (which was only 1 day after I called). They both said they thought the rug could be much improved but that if Dalworth was actually unable to get out the stain or smell - they would return it at no charge. Before they left with the rug, they scheduled the return drop off time for 1 week later. So at the end of the week, they showed up exactly on time again (same 2 guys), helped me put the rug back in place and replace furniture (it's quite a large rug so it can't actually be moved by just 1 person and they were very helpful). The rug had no odor to it whatsoever and the color was almost like new. The edge that the other company had stained the worst still had a slightly darker color visible only in direct light. I was so thrilled with this improvement that I happily paid the pre-agreed upon price for the cleaning even though it was a pretty steep price. They Dalworth guys were VERY worried that the slight remaining discoloration meant they hadn't cleaned it fully and were amazingly willing to either clean it again or not take my payment. I was so happy about the improvement I insisted they take it. I would use this company again and again. Next time I need this rug cleaned - they will be the first I call. SO worth it!

Comment: It was a love seat that I had cleaned, came out great.

It went well. Bobby was friendly and knowledgable. He worked quickly and got the carpet clean. The carpet did take a bit more than 4 hours to dry completely, so we waited 'til the next day to move all the furniture back. Some of the doggy oops smell has returned, but Bobby warned us that might happen and left a little extra spray to spot treat future accidents. I understand that the pet smells are tough to treat and I can't realistically expect them to be totally gone after 1 express cleaning.

Comment: Everything was great, I really appreciate the friendliness of the service technician. What really stood out for me was that he refused to leave until I inspected his work and was very happy with what he performed. I have used your company in the past, I actually had an opportunity to go with a different company, but I'm always extremely satisfied with the friendliness of your staff and the quality of your work. Top notch! From the time I called to set the appointment until the technician left my house.

Comment: We had an incompetent sub-contractor spill silver metallic radiant barrier paint on our white carpet. We received very good advice from the phone representative. He instructed us to keep the area wet until the service technician could get there. That tip probably saved our carpet! It appears that the cleaning was successful as we cannot see the spots anymore.

Comment: Room with pet treatment took longer to dry, plus its a thick plush carpet. All else dried quickly. Everything was good!
