Comment: The Tec. was great and had to leave to get a part for a frozen valve or something on the truck, he returned quickly and got our loveseat

Comment: The original time for cleaning was 11-1, but the technician came at 8:00. Apparently, the times were not entered correctly. He waited for me to arrive on site and then worked quickly and efficiently to clean the carpets.

Good except when arrived they said it needed a deeper cleaning and it would be $35 more. Which wAs fine except they didn’t say that extra charge was per area. So $70 more. But they did a good job. However I never received a follow up survey as they said I would.

Comment: Technician was very professional and efficient. Issue with hardwood floor was not completely resolved but technician definitely tried. Maybe would be good for you to have hardwood floor experts who can fully assess and recommend appropriate corrective actions that Dalworth can offer.

Comment: I like the way they took their time and made sure they went over each inch of the carpet to get the majority of the stains and dirt out.

Very pleased with Dalworth Duct Cleaning. They arrived on time and were very professional and thorough. They removed and cleaned every vent, took videos to show me before and after and cleaned up any mess that was made while they were here. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs duct cleaning.

Comment: We have had our office carpets cleaned the past three years. The technician that came out this year was the same one that cleaned the carpets the first year in December 2014. He did an excellent job then and did an excellent job on the carpets this December 2017.

Comment: The reason it took so long for me to feel like the rugs were dry is because it was very cold and rainy that day. The rugs were taken into my gararge to shampoo so not to damage my wood floors. The guys were great.
