Comment: I rated the price high because the charge for the stretching was $185.00 and it took less than 25 minutes. The price for the rug cleaning was a fair price and comparable to the competition.

Comment: Chris Leitner was my carpet tech. He was extremely helpful and friendly. He explained the processes he used, and left my 28 year old carpets looking like they are brand new! Chris also listened as I explained the foot traffic in my home, and made recommendations for best treating techniques by area.
He told me how to spot clean small spills in the future. He even disconnected my outside hose, wound it for storage in my garage, and placed the cold weather insulator over the faucet when he finished!
Great representative for Dalworth and great customer service!!!

Comment: The service representative was courteous, pleasant and worked hard. Our carpeting looks fine and we feel he did a thorough job. We had some spots on our carpeting and they are gone. My husband and I are "happy campers". Thank you.

Comment: It did not appear the stairs had been vacuumed well as there was loose debris on the stairs after the technician left. The carpets were well cleaned and smelled fresh. One stain remained after the enzyme treatment which may have been unavoidable. Pleased with the service.

Comment: Really enjoyed working with your company. I've not used it before for the bed and breakfast but have never heard anything except praise for your service. So I had to try it! I liked the service so much I scheduled a home carpet cleaning as well.

Comment: Our appointment with a technician was scheduled between 1 - 3 pm. Alberto, the Dalworth carpet technician, arrived promptly at 2:00 pm. Very courteous, personable and professional he sprayed all our carpets with a spot remover, then went directly to work in cleaning our 4 carpet areas. Our carpets looked like new! We did notice that once our living room carpet was beginning to dry, there was a large dirt spot where my husband sits that came back. I called the office and they scheduled for him to come back and try to get the dirt spot out.

Comment: I am very happy I used Dalworth services and will use them in the future. My one complaint is that when I called to schedule the two different types of services, my representative said it made no difference in the order that my services should be performed. I scheduled floor and furniture cleaning, and air vent cleaning. After the air vent cleaners came, it really seemed that the smartest order for cleaning was the air vent cleaning first but it was scheduled by the representative as second. Now that I've had the two services, I will use my "experienced knowledge" in my scheduling request. Thankfully, the air vent techs were very thorough in their explanation.

Comment: Carpet looks good. Technician was pleasant and helpful. One room has a "crease" in the carpet that I did not have before. Not sure what that is all about.
