Showed up on time, very professional, and did a great job. I was very happy with the results, but it seemed expensive. I typically rent a Rug Doctor and do it myself, so maybe I just don't have a clue what a reasonable price is. It seemed expensive, or I'd definitely hire them again.
Description of Work: Carpets cleaned in three areas and stairs. They used a special enzyme to treat pet stains.

Comment: Carlos was very professional, and very honest about cleaning a carpet that is 27 years old. I was very happy with the results when he finished for the age and wear of the carpet. I would definitely use Dalworth's services again and would recommend them to anyone I know. My carpet smells and looks so much cleaner now, and I think somehow, the process has helped curb my sneezing episodes.......

Comment: Everything was great. You might want to be aware that if the tech does not wear shoe covers when cleaning carpets he will leave shoe prints on the hardwood floors (unprofessional). Seems like they would know this (disrespectful).
