Comment: The carpets did not get as clean as I would have liked. We are an industrial company, thus in certain areas the traffic is heavy and dirt is worse than others. Over all the carpets look good.

Comment: I moved most of the furniture off of the carpet but I ran out of time. I wish the men would have removed the small things off the carpet in the den ex: floor lamp, small antique table,small rocking chair, love seat.

Comment: There was a scheduling issue but once that corrected I was perfectly happy. The mishap in scheduling was to my advantage because I think I got a much better and more personable technician. Bryan did an excellent job and was very pleasant to have.

Comment: Had carpet and grout cleaning performed. Had you clean the grout last year and it turned out great but not this time. Much of the area appears to need going over again.

Comment: The Custom Drapery that I had clean complete for the money I had paid for them. Because the representative said he was not able to clean the valance in between to the drapery because the suction he used was to strong for my valance. So I was not happy about that, but other than that everything else was ok.
