Comment: Rodger was our technician and he was excellent. I've had two-man crews shampoo the carpets before and he achieved better results than any of them. I will request him in the future. Cost of added enzymes/deodorizer seemed on the high side.

Comment: The carpets looked great when he finished, however when they dried we had three pet spots that had not been visible before the cleaning appear and were very difficult to get rid of. While he did try to sell us the pet stain service, we didn't feel that we needed it, and didn't want to add on additional cost.

Comment: I had a carpet repair done. The service technician did a good job of explaining the process and what to expect before doing the job. I would definitely have this technician back in my home to do other jobs.

Comment: The technician was the best one we've ever had. He is very methodical, clear and careful. I am going to rate him as On Time because he was not late. He was 10 minutes early but he said the company was supposed to call. They did, and got my VM, and I did see the VM until much later on. He knocked on the door at 9:50 am for a 10:00 - 12:00 pm appointment. We were not ready and asked him to sit in the truck until 10 am, which he did, no problem.
My only suggestion is for the COMPANY. I suggest Dalworth have the technician verify he or she can actually come early by calling the office when they arrive, before they knock on the door. Thank you.

Comment: Excellent service as always. The technician, Sam, was prompt and did an excellent job. This was Sam's second visit to our house for different jobs. We will ask for Sam in the future.

Comment: There was a bit of misunderstanding about what parts of the tile floor needed to get cleaned and it wound up costing a bit more. Perhaps it was my fault for not being clear enough to begin with.
