Comment: Chris did a great job. The carpets look like new. He took the time to explain the process and what needed to happen to restore our carpets and they do look like new and smell wonderful. The cost for all of this was substantially higher than expected, but then I guess that was cheaper than buying new carpet.
The website is nice to set up and order, however it really can't predict the price of the services since the tech really knows more than we do about cleaning & restoring.
I would definitely want Chris to return in a year.Thx Sue

Comment: I did not have carpet cleaned, but rather, repaired and Glenn got the best person for the job, Steven who magically made it appear as if there ere never any bald areas! Fantastic! I understood why for a 2 inch by 3 foot area it took artfulness and care- but I wish it had cost a bit less. Given the care taken to make it look right, I understand the pricing.
