Comment: I had my sectional sofa cleaned and am mostly happy with it. However, for the $500+ that I paid, I was very surprised to see bubble gum still stuck to 2 of the cushions after I put the dried sections back on the couch. Very disappointing.

Comment: The Dalworth people are a great team. I made a mistake about the day I thought I wanted them to come. Since my husband is ivery sick and his family is coming on Tuesday the 27th I needed to have my carpet cleaned on the 23rd. I was only confused on one thing - after I saw what a great job he was doing, I added 2 rooms but did not get the discount that I had gotten online for those 2 rooms. He said that those would be charged at "retail". Can you tell me why adding services would not qualify for the discount? Thanks.

Comment: Arrival was right around 8:00am, which was the tail end of the specified 7:30-8:00 window. I would not have marked it as "not on time" for this survey, but the order confirmation we received via email listed the arrival time window as 8:00-8:30. I was kept informed and the technician arrived only a few minutes after I received the call. There was one gum spot on the carpet that looked removed, but upon drying I could see that it was only partially gone. However, the technician encouraged me to inspect the spot before he left, which I appreciate. I just couldn't tell at that time. I greatly appreciate that the technician completed the job before we opened, which was my greatest concern.

Comment: I wasn't happy that done spots were still showing on the carpet after the cleaning was complete. Some spots showed up worse after the cleaning. Also, I wasn't happy that I wasn't told up front about the necessity for the carpet protector.

Comment: Pat our technician was one of the best workers I've ever had at the house. He explained everything in great detail, did everything I requested, and even had my 4 year old laughing at his stories while she looked over his shoulder while he worked (for the stretching part). He warned me some of the stains might be tough to remove, but then was able to get it nearly perfect! I was very happy.

They saved us from having to do a major home restoration by saving our walls. It would have been very costly and messy. We did have to change the carpets due to gray water. They did their job very well. Very professional!! All the personnel that came to our home were very attentive and friendly. They assigned a person to deal with the insurance who eased the process for us. It was a great experience dealing with them overall. We would definitely recommend them!!
Description of Work: We had a toilet overflow so the division that attended this job was Dalworth Restoration. They inspected the affected areas for damage, which were carpets, baseboards and walls. They used big fans and De-humidifiers to dry these areas, and would come to monitor the damaged areas almost every day until the areas were completely dry. They saved us from having to do a major home restoration by saving our walls. It would have been very costly and messy. We did have to change the carpets due to gray water.
