Comment: ORIGINAL CREW VAN HAD A FLAT COULD NOT COME , A REPLACEMENT CAME IN ABOUT 40 MINUTES AFTER APPOINTMENT.
THE FLOORS, STILL WET, AND I HAVE HAD FANS ON THEM ALL DAY TUESDAY AND ALL NIGHT LAST NIGHT. i DO NOT THINK THE
EQUIPMENT WAS PICKING UP ALL THE WATER. HOPEFULLY AFTER FANS ON TODAY THEY WILL BE DRY OR AT LEAST DRYER.

Comment: Although my service provider was excellent I was not happy with the end result. I had numerous pet stains and was encouraged to pay for an additional treatment, which I did. Today the stains are even worse than they were before. I'm not sure that was adequately communicated to me.
