Comment: Adam was fantastic! greatly appreciated his expertise and easy going manner while in our home. i would highly recommend him and Dalworth to all of my friends.

Fine except for moving of items in bedrooms, as many items were just piled on beds, and left there without putting back

Comment: Made extra effort to clean a spot where my dog had vomited. I told him i remembered it happened after she had licked grease up after frying a turkey on the patio. He went to his truck and got a grease solvent and yay! It took it out. He was kind of excited a out it too! Seemed to be proud he worked for dalworth

Comment: When I returned call to confirm my appointment time the service rep was not able to locate my order with my phone number (although I had received a voice mail message from Dalworth at that same phone number). I did not have my order number in front of me so I had to look it up and she was finally able to find my order. While this was not a really big deal it was inconvenient. What should have been a 30 second call turned into a 5 minute call.

Comment: The guy who was here was absolutely awesome. My husband is in a wheelchair and when he dropped something, my guy would pick it up for him. He built an awesome rapport and that's important when you have someone in your home.

Comment: it was 80 % humidity when the carpets were cleaned that is why it took a while to dry. It was no problem.
