Comment: The technician was outstanding and did an exceptional job - very, very on to all the cleaning he did. He spent a lot of time cleaning the sofas and am really pleased to have my carpet not only cleaned but straightened in my bedroom. Excellent. Give him a bonus!!!!

Comment: I appreciated the help and information from Dominique and Bobby. I've never had such an awful time with HVACs, did not know what to do, and they were an enormous help and very professional and cheerful. They can fix it! And they did!
My son, Jon Rini, will call you to clean his system as well.
PS...I did get new filters and put them in. Biggest problem is that I am not tall enough or strong enough to close the attic stairs!

Comment: During and after cleaning my carpeting I wish the tech would have worn some type of shoe protectors. After all he is cleaning the carpet. While cleaning and after he was through, the tech had to go in and out of the house to haul his equipment back out to the front of my apartment door. He wore his shoes and walked on the wet carpet, I'm cringing because I know shoes worn outside of the home ALWAY leave dirt or smears, from the soles of the shoes, on carpeting, especially when its wet!! I myself had my slippers on or went barefoot in order to not 'dirty' the wet carpet in any way.

The carpet is much cleaner than before and smells good, he did a good a job as possible with 9 year old carpet.

Comment: I was not satisfied with the anti-microbial treatment. I did not smell the peppermint fragrance and I mentioned it to the technician and he said it 's there he could smell it . if it was applied it was a very small amount. I suffer from allergies and the anti- microbial was the most important part of the contract to me. Thank you
