Comment: The " wait " on held for the telephone person ( very cordial ) to check with scheduling was very unacceptable both times I was put on hold. In one case it was 15 minutes. In the second case I just finally hung up. This is a big glitch in your otherwise excellent service. Jaimie, the technician, was excellent. .

Comment: I was very pleased by how clean the carpets were at the finish, with minor spots completely gone.
Very little smell in the house after, which was also great.

Comment: The person I spoke with on the phone to set up the appt and the guy who came out to do the carpet cleaning were AMAZING!!!!!

Monte comes out every six months and does a great job of cleaning, deodorizing and taking care of my aging carpet. He is my every time ask for guy and Dawn knows that when she calls to remind me.
What a team! But Monte makes it happen. Couldn’t be happier!

Comment: I could not have asked for a nicer person than Richard to service our carpets. He was on time, explained what he was going to do, asked if we had any questions, went right to work and finished with a smile. He is a real customer oriented person and I'd never hesitate to recommend him and Dalworth to anyone. Thank you Richard!

Comment: Roger did a really good job. We always use Dalworth and it always takes a long time for our carpet to dry - we might think something wasn't right if they dried in a couple hours! Once they dry, the are the next best thing to new!

Comment: The pet odor is gone but the carpet has a musty or mildew smell now. I didn't know if I should say anything as I did not know how you would respond to feedback. Thank you for calling for feedback about our cleaning. A good way to let clients know you do care and your rep immediately scheduled a time for our concern to be quickly resolved.

Comment: Gabriel was my service technician, HE IS EXCELLENT, he did a wonderful job.

I just moved into a 40 year old house and I called Dalworth to clean my air ducts and remove the pet smells in the carpet. It was amazing how much dirt they cleaned out of the air ducts. The carpet smells fresh and looks almost new. Also, the tech was very nice. I will be using Dalworth for all my professional cleaning needs.

Service was wonderful again. Wood floor cleaning worked wonders on my dull looking planks. It seriously might look better than when I bought them. Friendly technician, knowledgeable, and hard working.

Erick came by and did an amazing job! He was prompt, and quickly cleaned the rooms.

Comment: My technician, Monty, was great. He was thorough and did an awesome job. He also explained the stains that couldn’t come put and why. The service today was much better than any service I have received from other companies like Kiwi. The carpet is truly clean unlike Kiwi’s cleanings that only seem to clean the surface. Thanks!!!!!

Had my kitchen tile grout cleaned. I have white tile and Erick restored the grout to its original pure white (it was really dirty!). Looks like new!

Monty was on time. Our dog loved him. Monty was able to clean up all of said dog’s messes and left our carpets clean and our home smelling fresh. Thanks!
