Comment: I was really happy with the service. All the spots came out! The only comment I have is the last 3 times I've had the service they have wanted to come EARLIER than the scheduled time. For example, my appointment was supposed to be noon to 2PM. They called asking to come earlier and arrived much earlier. Yesterday luckily I was home, but I feel that they should come at the time the APPOINTMENT WAS SCHEDULED., not more than an hour earlier!

Comment: Tech was courteous and very professional. However, I was not satisfied with how fast the carpet in 2 rooms was cleaned. It took a fraction of what it normally does, or does when I clean it myself. I do not feel like I received the service that I paid for. For that amount of money, the carpets should have received more time. Best regards, Cindy Judd

Comment: George & Jennifer Harris were very professional and friendly. I felt very comfortable with them in my home and they are very hard workers and did and excellent job. I will request them every time I get my carpets cleaned in the future. They also let me know that Dalworth can clean my hard wood floors for me as well and when I am ready to do that I would like for it to be George and Jennifer Harris as well. Comment: Missed a couple of closets and rooms that did not get added on to the order. Was not aware of my baseboards were not part of floor cleaning and only part of the carpet cleaning.

Comment: Every now and then it would be nice when you call and make your appt and they see how many years you've been using their service, that they would offer something little free of charge, i.e., like do you need a rug cleaned, etc. I have been using Dahlworth since about 1999 and 3 different homes we lived in and have never been offered anything. That is not good customer service. Thank you

Comment: We left (for a 4 day trip) about 30 minutes after the technician left so we have no idea how long it took to dry. The 3 rooms and hall upstairs are great. Downstairs the "path" between the hall and the bathroom in the master bedroom does not look great. It was heavily soiled but I was very disappointed in the way it looks. I will call in the morning to see if I can get someone back out on the 10 day guarantee. I hoped it will clean up better than it did last Wednesday.

Comment: The economy tile cleaning price was a bit high in my opinion. I thought the premium carpet cleaning was a good bargain. The pet treated areas are taking more than 24 hour to dry but my expectations were set regarding that. I am very pleased with the outcome. The acid test for me is how quickly the darken dirt spots come back in the high traffic areas. This is the first time in 20 years we have used "steam" cleaning approach on the carpets. We have always used the chem dry type because of the quick dry.

Comment: The carpets were all still very wet after the 3 hours we were told it would take for them to dry. We walked on them as little as possible while we placed as many fans as we could gather together (5 fans) for drying 3 rooms and a hallway. The fans were kept on all night and the carpets were dry the next morning. We were told in the explanation of services that "drying fans" would be used, but our technician did not use any fans before he left. The technician, James, did an excellent job of getting up the many stains and totally cleaning all the carpets requested. We are very pleased with his service and look forward to having our guests (that are coming soon) enjoy our clean home. Maybe next time, we can recommend 'drying fans'.

Comment: The technician (Steve Turner) was late coming from another job, but his product knowledge and application (made up for the lateness) is the best we have ever seen! We will always call Dalworth. We will request Steve. Thank you
