Comment: Especially appreciated that after the first tech came out and the carpets were still not clean (and even slightly worse from wicking) that Dalworth stood behind their service and sent someone out that very afternoon to try to remedy the problem. On that alone I would recommend your company for its excellent customer service.

Comment: There was too much water left in the carpet. I have a Sears shampoo machine (can't do it myself now due to back problems.) But I took my machine out and pulled up at least 2 quarts of dirty water from the carpet. I know this extra water is not good for the carpet. thanks

Comment: It's hard to beat our old technician he was so professional and customer service oriented but he is no longer with your company George did a fine job but he is best characterized as "a guy with a truck" Carpets look fine George lacked personality but he was pleasant

Comment: I booked my appointment online & selected the date & time of service when booking the appointment. I later received a call that the date/time I booked online was not available. It would be helpful when booking online for customers to see true availability.
