Comment: The only reason I rated the phone rep only "good" was because she didn't advise me of a discount that was available to me until after she quoted a price considerably higher than what I paid last year and I questioned it. If I have a discount coming because I am a repeat customer, I would appreciate being advised of it when a price is quoted. I'm sure if I hadn't questioned it I would have been charged the non-discounted rate. Even at that the price was considerably higher than last year.

I called Dalworth requesting ASAP service for a pet smell in one room of my home that another company was not able to clean after three attempts. This was a last resort before replacing the carpet. They sent Joe to conduct an estimate that same morning, and not only did he give me an estimate, but he cleaned the area on the spot, and did an amazingly thorough job. He resolved the issue within an hour of arriving at my home and for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend Dalworth for this type of carpet cleaning, they did an excellent job.

Comment: My Service Technician was wonderful. I think his name was Joe. He was very polite and even let me smell the solution he would be using to make sure it was ok. We had just gotten the keys to our rent house and I had forgotten to bring sissors to cut the cabinet paper with. Joe brought me in his to use while he cleaned our carpet. The carpets look 200% better and smell much better. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Comment: There was one step missed leading from the dining room to the family room. We just noticed it after he left. Not a huge deal; however, it would have been nice to not miss that area. This is the primary reason for not giving an excellent rating on questions 5 and 6.

Comment: The technician arrived promptly and did an excellent job. He was a hard worker and wanted to make sure that he was doing a good job. I pointed out a couple of spots and he immediately took care of them. I recently had my carpets and kitchen tile cleaned by Stanley Steamer, but they are no comparison to Dalworth. When your technician cleaned my kitchen tile, I knew it had been cleaned. Thank him for me again, because he really did a great job.

Comment: Amazing. I just moved into my house and the carpets are horrible. My son was here when the technician arrived while I was at work. When I came home my mouth fell wide open. I was so excited to see how you guys transformed my carpets from ugly to almost new. I know I need another treatment in which I will be scheduling soon but very very happy with my results.
