Comment: We had our sofa and loveseat cleaned. They are 13 years old and looked horrible! After Craig cleaned them, the ugly black spot my husband made on the arm of our loveseat is now gone; the dirt the dogs left is gone; they look and smell FANTASTIC! We will definitely make it a point to clean them at least once a year so they continue to look great! Thank you Craig and Dalworth!!!!

Comment: I called your company the same day of service and told them our carpet tech was wonderful! Marcus walked the areas to be cleaned and really did an excellent job! Got out all the juice spots my 18 month old grandson had made! Please thank him for the wonderful job, he sure deserves a raise! I don't know if he can be the tech next time I call for service, but I sure hope so! Thanks for the wonderful service and customer service follow-up.

They did a good job and provided a reasonable estimate. They are a bit expensive in my opinion.

Comment: Especially appreciated that after the first tech came out and the carpets were still not clean (and even slightly worse from wicking) that Dalworth stood behind their service and sent someone out that very afternoon to try to remedy the problem. On that alone I would recommend your company for its excellent customer service.

Comment: There was too much water left in the carpet. I have a Sears shampoo machine (can't do it myself now due to back problems.) But I took my machine out and pulled up at least 2 quarts of dirty water from the carpet. I know this extra water is not good for the carpet. thanks
