Comment: The two technicians were not only on time but actually early. They were very nice and courteous. I am sorry I can not remember their names but hopefully your company knows from the invoice and will let them what a great job I think they done. Also, I would like to thank a gentle man named Rick, who I believe he said he was a district salesman, he went out of his way to make sure they could fit my time restraint and get someone out to take care of me. It was overal a great experience using your company and would use you all again and fore sure recommend you all. Thank you for such great service.

Comment: Pat worked very hard and did a GREAT job on my tile, carpets, stairs , furniture, and stains. He did a fantastic job and when I recommend Dalworth I will definitely tell them to request Pat Linzalone. I was very happy and pleased after my neighbor told me she had to called them back to dry her carpets a day or more afterward. I do understand the protector takes a little longer to dry, however everything should be fine including the stairs when I get home this evening. As far as the cost, i have only used one other individual carpet cleaner (carpets only) 10 years ago and Pat did alot more work moving things and putting lifts under furniture, tables etc. if you have questions or need more information, do not hesitate to call 214-356-3545. Comment: Technician was awesome! Much more knowledgeable than the technician I had clean my carpet last year from dalworth. Chuck was great and really took his time to get the deep soiled areas out of my carpet. He took pride in his work and you could tell. I would highly recommend chuck for any type of carpet cleaning service. If isn't get the feeling like he was just trying to do an average job and get out of there to hit up his next job. He spent the time and energy necessary to get my carpet liking almost as good as when we bought it 5 years ago.
