Comment: Even though I paid for a package with fans for drying - still took approx 24 hrs for carpets to dry - it was humid but may have needed more time with fans

Comment: Gary and Kathy are amazing. I've used them for years. You trust them being in your home (and in this instance, around my two-year-old) and they are very good at what they do. Although I have friends that use other services, we will keep using DalWorth, as long as Gary and Kathy are in your employ. Comment: The only problem I can think of was we didn't get a conformation until a couple of days before the scheduled cleaning. From what I understood we were supposed to get a conformation pretty close to the time we booked it.

Comment: When scheduling apt was offered an earlier apt - could not accommodate Dalworth's request, so scheduled for 9-11am. Confirmed day before for 9-11am. Was then called later that evening to see if I could do earlier apt - still could not. Then morning of, was called to ask if tech could arrive early.... still could not.. Not too much of an issue, but if customer has said no on more than one occasion for your request, chances are the answer is no.
