They were good and they did their job. I have used them a few times now. I had no problems with them. They got the job done in about one hour.

Comment: Alberto did a competent job cleaning my carpet that had many pet stains. He even removed a gray,greasy stain that two other professional cleaners couldn't remove. I liked his" can do" attitude.

Comment: I did not understand the pricing that the phone representative gave me about the pet treatment. The tech did not make the pricing any clearer.
