Comment: Both people I worked with and talked to were very friendly and professional. I think the gal on the phone was Kristen. Really, more than helpful! She's the kind of person I'd like to hire to work for me lol!! And KC, the tech, was really a pleasure to work with as well. Honestly, they were both great. Where did you find them?

Comment: The carpet was definitely a challenge to clean, and your technician did a great job. He was very nice, professional and informative. I had to leave for an appointment prior to completion and felt perfectly secure doing so. Everyone I dealt with at Dalworth gets an A+ from me. They supposed to be here between 11-1 and showed up at 10:30 and were totally ready. They moved everything and vacuumed really nice. They did a bang up job and busted their butt. I've had a few carpets cleaned in my day and they are defiantly the best. I would highly recommend them and on a scale of 1 - 10 I give them a 20!

Comment: jared actually made this appt after a previous visit. He is awesome. So there was no online or phone reservation but there was no option for this if I wanted to do it online. When one does go online it is only for carpet. Not tile or wood floors so if your going to provide these services you need to adjust your website. So I have to call if I eant tile or wood cleaned.

Comment: Excellent service. Our technician was very professional, and answered our questions we had about our carpet. We would definitely recommend to our family & friends.

I just thought they were very helpful with everything and very punctual. The rugs and carpet were in bad condition however after the job was completed they almost look brand new.

Comment: I almost cancelled my service because it was a rainy day, but the sun came out for 2 or 3 hours and my carpet was dry before we went to bed--no wet carpet smell. JAMES did an excellent job of pre-treating spots.

It was nice coming home to clean carpets and the addressed all of my spots that I needed cleaned. I was a little disappointed that my house smelled musty when I returned but I don't think I paid for the deodorizer this time and I think I usually do so that may have been the issue. Comment: The technician, Austin, was very good and paid a lot of attention to detail. I had some pet spots and her worked to get them up. I am very pleased with how my carpet looks. I have been using Dalworth for quite some time and have always been very pleased.
