Comment: jared actually made this appt after a previous visit. He is awesome. So there was no online or phone reservation but there was no option for this if I wanted to do it online. When one does go online it is only for carpet. Not tile or wood floors so if your going to provide these services you need to adjust your website. So I have to call if I eant tile or wood cleaned.

Comment: Excellent service. Our technician was very professional, and answered our questions we had about our carpet. We would definitely recommend to our family & friends.

I just thought they were very helpful with everything and very punctual. The rugs and carpet were in bad condition however after the job was completed they almost look brand new.

Comment: I almost cancelled my service because it was a rainy day, but the sun came out for 2 or 3 hours and my carpet was dry before we went to bed--no wet carpet smell. JAMES did an excellent job of pre-treating spots.

Comment: I love the crew that we use and will always make sure we get them. I had them clean while I was on vacation this time and had my mother in law meet them. She was very impressed. It was nice coming home to clean carpets and the addressed all of my spots that I needed cleaned. I was a little disappointed that my house smelled musty when I returned but I don't think I paid for the deodorizer this time and I think I usually do so that may have been the issue. Thanks again for taking care of my home., I love the crew that we use and will always make sure we get them. I had them clean while I was on vacation this time and had my mother in law meet them. Comment: Overall, I was very pleased with the service I received. My carpets look great and the technician did an excelent job getting out some pet stains. However, later that afternoon, I went out to check my mail. I have several mums on my front porch and one was completely destroyed. I'm guessing his hoses got tangled up in the flowers. It wasn't worth alot of money, but I would have appreciated him telling me about it. Instead, he had put all the broken branches up on a fern that I also have on the front porch. It made me wonder if anything else had been damaged in my house, and I wasn't told about it.
