Comment: Craig was one of the BEST technicians that I have ever had!! If you look at my file (if you keep them) you would see that I have had Dalworth come out to my home approximatly 30-40 times over the years. He was FAST, EFFICIENT, and my favorite part is that he didn't feel the need to be too "talkative" or "over-friendly" like many service-men/women tend to be. I love his professionalism!! Please tell him that we sure enjoyed having him and would welcome him again!! You can tell he is a hard worker!

Comment: I would recommend Eric Rhodes to any customer he is a real nice person.

Dalworth came and clean out the airduct and airvents in our 2 story house for $769.90. They spent 3 hours doing the work. My wife set this up as she had a coupon for duct cleaning at $18.99/vent. They climbed up the attic, disconnect the air duct from the blower unit, cleaned them with a brush/vaccuum device, and showed me the i-phone video of the dust. They also vaccuum the floor under the vent in the room where the dusts have fallen. They then went to each room and hand clean the vent from the outside. I was under the impression they would take the cover of the outside vent and clean each vent outside for the $18.99/vent, but was told it was not needed as they did the central vent cleaning already. This was a bit more than the coupon provided by Angie's list for another Vent Cleaning Service ($250 or $100 off regular price), but I hope I got $500 worth of additional service. The two person who came, Robert and Domique were very professional and thorough, hence I gave them an overall A rating despite my hang up with the price. I even showed them the 3 reviews on Angie's List about their company service on air duct cleaning, which is somewhat odd for such a big company, considering our house was the 3rd of 4th scheduled for their crew today. Very professional crew.

Comment: The carpets didn't dry in 4 hours. It took over 8 hours for it to dry other thank that I was very happy with the service and Vinny the technician did a great job. Our job # was 250920.

Comment: FIRST OF ALL I WOULD LIKE TO APOLOGIZE FOR NOT MENTIONING THE LADY'S NAME WHO ASSISTED ME OVER THE PHONE WHEN I CALLED TO PLACE MY ORDER ( I AM TRYO COMPLETE MY HOMEWORK). SHE DID A SUPERB JOB AND I WOULD CALL AGAIN IF ALL REPRESENTATIVES WILL BE LIKE HER. THE TECHNICIAN ARRIVED ON TIME, WAS WELL DRESSED, SPOKE CLEARLY AND DESCRIBED EVERYTHING THAT THAT WE WAS ABOUT TO DO. HE PAID ATTENTION TO WHAT I HAD TO STAY AND WAS WILLING TO ADDRESS MY NEEDS (SEVERE ALLERGIES). WE WILL BE CONTACTING DALWORTH AGAIN REGARDING DUCT WORK CLEANING.

Comment: Two gentlemen showed up when Dominique and Robert were almost done and were disruptive, loud, and not very professional in their behavior. Dealing with Dominique and Robert more than made up for it though with their professionalism and attitudes. Great job, quick, knowledgable, and friendly, two great employees to represent Dalworth!

Comment: Very pleased with the extremely professional service although the product disappointed. The technician, Craig Kirk, was helpful and professional but the product left behind some stains that we had hoped would be removed. After the tech left I scrubbed the areas with a store bought product and the areas looked a little better.
