Comment: The individual who took my call, Sarah, explained the types of service available, scheduled the date and time of the appointment, and went over precise details on the services to be rendered. She was "excellent"! I was VERY pleased with her knowledge, demeanor, professionalism, and courtesy. The technicians who cleaned the carpet in our home, Monte and Andrew, were friendly and professional. They paid attention to detail, explained what they would be doing and asked if I had any questions. The carpet cleaning was "phenomenal" ! It was definitely a job WELL done!. They were outstanding! I look forward to having Dalworth return once I need further carpet cleaning. The commerciasl about Dalworth clean are true! Thank you - Sharon Mobley

Comment: Randy did an excellent job of cleaning the carpet and the sofa. He made sure he covered every inch of both. Even old stains on the carpet came out and the sofa looked new! I was very pleased with this service. Send him again.

Comment: Mr. James Coleman cleaned the carpets exceptionally well. I would definitely recommend Dalworth to anyone who asks my opinion. He was courteous, efficient and answered any questions I asked him. Thank you for sending him. Estelle Lara I had to say "great bargain" because of the green discount that was offered to me, and because my carpets were in very bad condition from recent construction in the kitchen. Thank you.

Comment: Great job! I really had low expectations that the carpet could really be cleaned because it had been a while since it was last cleaned and I had major issues with cat hairballs. Howard did an amazing job and the carpet looks brand new. Glad I took a chance on cleaning instead of spending a fortune getting new carpet.
