Comment: Unfortunately the phone rep quoted me a price for the enzyme treatment that was $10 less than it actually was. The technician also told me that based on the severity of the problem that the treatment and cleaning may not get it back to 100%. He was right. Thankfully though the problem is much better than it was.

Comment: The technician was to arrive between 8:00 - 8:30 a.m., and though he did not arrive until close to 9:00, he was very knowledgeable about the work he was doing, and was extremely courteous.

Comment: The day after the carpets were clean, I noticed a stain had returned. I'm having additional carpets cleaned on Wednesday and I will ask the technician to see if there is anything he can do to remove the stain.
