Comment: Appointment time was 9 - 11. Tech arrived about 8:35. That is not a problem, but he really should have called to tell me he could arrive early and ask if I was ready for the service.

Comment: Technician Alberto was very friendly and communicative..and on the expected time..He explained the procedure and pulled one of the rugs by himself, although my son was here..my rugs were cleaned in the driveway and he did a thorough job vaccuming the rugs completely...considering the animal fur..after Alberto completed the cleaning, the rugs looked bright and colorful once more.. I am very pleased with the experience and happy that Alberto was the technician..he has a warm smile and gentle attitude..he also enjoyed petting my 2 horses!!
