I was thrilled that my appointment time got moved earlier. The technician was very polite and knowledgeable. He showed me things and told me why the carpet was doing/looking a certain way. I was very pleased with Dalworth and will use them again.

Comment: It was stormy all day so I think the moisture in the air did not allow my carpets to as quickly as it would have done on a normal day. But it also a few spots that were still damp at the end of the day, not the whole carpet. I had a great experience with Dalworth!

Comment: I have requested Glenn Mageno the last several times to clean my carpets. He has always done an excellent job. I couldn't be more pleased. They look like new carpets when he is done.

The carpets were not treated for pet stains, I have no pets. Did not get the other service, got them the last time and my carpets were very dirty because of the service.
