Installation was great, carpet looks really nice - Jim had recommended going a little darker and it worked out really well
Description of Work: Jim was an excellent salesman and even recommended we have someone look at our house to determine if we really needed carpet before selling our house. He definitely had our best interest in mind and was not set on only making a buck. I would recommend him to anyone if looking for carpet.

Comment: I was a little disappointed that he was unable to get the worst stain out. It was the entrance ttfrom kitchen to living room.it was a large area and was just foot dirty I guess. I had used somr carpet cleaner on it and he said it set it more.

Comment: On line ordering was easy, the technician was on time and professional, he completed the work in a timely fashion. I am very satisfied with the service.

Overall cleaning was excellent. I paid for the standard service which was supposed to include pre-vacuuming and drying fans but the technician did not do either of those things. I called the company after the cleaning and they gladly refunded me the difference between the standard and economy service which is basically what we received. Dalworth's excellent customer service certainly made up for what could have been a negative experience. Would recommend for future carpet cleaning service.

Comment: The technician was great. Our home is well taken care of. My disappointment is a small area rug was priced when there was no reduction in price for a large king size bed in our bedroom. In my mind it was a tradeoff. There was also one spot near bathroom toilet not completely taken care of. Frankly, this could have been priced differently.

Comment: The technician did a great job! He was able to get a paint stain out of our carpet that had been in there for a few weeks without having to repair the carpet to damage it in the process. That alone was worth the service! Thank you

Comment: I did order extra service for the livingroom but did not notice the servvice was provided as outlined. I expected the tech to vacuum and pretreat spots along with the fan to assis with drying. I did vacuum since I had to do other areas so that was not critical and he did a good job with the noticable spots and high traffic areas so I still rate this visit as a quality job. Just wanted to make a note since other may take offense.
