Comment: George, the service technician, was personable, knowledgeable and very thorough in explaining the entire process that would be followed. He did a very good job of the cleaning overall, and significantly reduced the several red spots on our den that were as a result of our wonder dog getting a hold of a Marks A Lot (in red) and chewing it so that the contents of the marker went on our carpet in several spots. The outcome of the cleaning was better than we expected, since the stains were from a "permanent" marker. Next time I use DalWorth I will certainly ask for George. The price quoted for the services was slightly to moderately higher than quotes from other companies. In the end, I feel we got a fair deal.

Comment: The technician for the duct work knew what he was doing and did an excellent job. Yet, He did a poor job on cleanup after the job. Carpet stained and needed vacuuming, dirt on window bench, yard sign removed was not put back. Luckily Carpet cleaning tech came next day to do carpets and took care of stain.

Comment: Very, very happy with the duct cleaning. The carpet tech was on the phone the whole time, which makes you wonder about the concentration level. But I have recommended the duct cleaning to all my friends; the dust level is so much better now in my home.
