Comment: The technicians did a great job, but I thought they could have used a little bit more concern with the hardwood floors. There was no damage and they cleaned the mess up but just for coaching purposes they need to be a little more careful.

Comment: Great job getting out grease spots. Thanks. I don’t know if the pricing is competitive. I only contacted Dalworth because of the recommendation from the furniture company whose delivery people stained the carpet.

Comment: One thing is we were supposed to receive (and pay for) new vent covers the following Monday, but they never came. Called Tuesday and someone was supposed to call me back, but they never did. Called again Wednesday and also supposed to receive a call back once they research it.

Comment: Our technician was personable and friendly. He was thorough. The best technician from Dalwarth we have had yet. Our previous two times we ad the same technician. He was odd and closed off. Not unfriendly, not friendly, just closed off.
We noticed having bad headaches the days following the cleaning, when in the carpeted rooms.
